HelseAgenten

The owner of Besser AS Torbjorn Hompland is a Norwegian online startup entrepreneur, IT consultant and project manager. Mr. Hompland assigned us with the development of an online local healthcare service finder fitted with an appointment reservation system.

HelseAgenten.no ("HealthAgents") was built to create a healthy ecosystem between patients and health providers. With helseagenten.no health providers experience higher growth, while making it easier and cheaper for people to book private healthcare.

Our task was developing a responsive website using a design provided by the client and integrating a SaaS version of our Appointment Scheduler. Website visitors can search for various types of doctors and clinics, register and schedule an appointment. Health providers on their part can register and manage their profiles, monitor and control availability and appointments, etc. 

The appointment scheduling software has gone through many modifications to accommodate the client’s needs. An API (Application Programming Interface) was developed in addition to the website management system. It is used to synchronize the appointment system of helseagenten.no with the journal system of each clinic/doctor’s office.
