Password Protected Admin

The multi user Availability Calendar has an easy-to-use web-based control panel developed in PHP and using MySQL to store the database. Only administrators with valid login details can manage calendars, availability and settings.

Calendar Access Control

Our multi user calendar script provides three user access levels - administrators, editors and owners. An administrator can grant other users access to all calendars and features of the Availability Calendar script. Administrators have full access to all attributes and settings of the multi user calendar. Editors can access and edit calendars and availability. Owners can access their own calendars only.

Half-Day Availability

Availability Calendar PHP script provides users with the ability to manage partially booked days and half-day availability.

Customize Appearance

Customize all your online availability calendars by editing colors, calendar size and font style. Our PHP Availability Calendar provides you with an easy-to-use control panel. You do not need any programming skills to adjust calendars' design!

No Page Refresh

Define Date Status

Use the Availability Calendar admin page to change titles and colors of all date statuses (e.g. available, pending, booked). Dates will appear accordingly on the front-end along with a color legend.

System Backup

Prevent any information loss by performing regular backups of your database and files. Log in as an administrator to the PHP Availability Calendar, go to Options and click on the Backup button. It's that simple!

One admiN
