List all services offered

Website owners can showcase their full range of services and add a short description, price, and duration for each service. By changing the status of services, admins of the online booking system can show or hide them on the front end.

Set working times

The online booking management system lets users configure business working hours by setting the default hours. Custom time schedules can be added for specific dates or days off. These dates will appear as unavailable on the front end of the service availability calendar.

Manage all bookings

Upon logging in to the backend system, users can see the latest bookings at a glance and efficiently organize their work. They can check customers' contact information, edit booking details, change statuses, or manually add a new booking.

Process various payments

PayPal and Authorize.net are integrated with our online service booking system to automate payments. You can enable or disable different types of online and offline payments using a simple checkbox. We can also add other payment gateways upon request.

Configure notifications

The service appointment scheduling software allows admins to customize and send out autoresponder email and SMS messages both to users and customers when a new booking, payment, or cancellation is made. Edit service booking form

Depending on the customer data that they need, the service providers can select the default and required fields on the front-end booking form. The CAPTCHA field is there to protect the Service Booking Script owners from spam.

Database backups

Our service scheduling software is fitted with a quick and easy backup tool allowing admins to safely archive their MySQL database. To prevent any potential loss of information they can simply click a button and save the backup files.

Set terms and conditions

Before completing a booking, customers have to accept the service provider's terms and conditions. Adding and editing them is easy – admins just need to copy-paste the terms and conditions into the designated field.

Multiple-user access

There are two user levels in the back-end system of the service appointment scheduling software. Administrators have full access rights, whereas Editors can only access bookings and edit their own profile.

Change and translate contents

Admins can edit and translate all text contents on the front end and back end to any other language. They can either search and edit titles using the unique text IDs, or export and import CSV files with all titles.

SEO-friendly code

JavaScript and Ajax loading is used on the front end of the script to increase loading speed and dynamically update the service booking system without reloading the entire web page. On top of that, the built-in SEO module will help you further optimize the script for search engines.
