Boat Rental Software

The Yacht Listing Script allows you to receive and manage online bookings for yacht rentals and accept offline and online payments for the boats for rent. Rental pricing is based on weeks rented. Each owner can set a different currency, online payment accounts, reservation deposit amount, and a tax amount for their yacht listings.

Reservations Management

Boat reservation system users can review and manage all confirmed, pending, and canceled reservations. The status settings can be easily configured from the software Options menu. Admins can also modify the reservation checkout form. Owners can access and manage the reservations of their yachts only.

Offline & Online Rental Payments

Select your preferred payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, cash, or online payment. Set up payment gateway accounts (PayPal and Authorize.net are included by default) and configure your payment preferences. If you need other payment processors, you can view this list of available options or request another.

Third-Party Submissions

Boat script admins can list their own yachts and also allow other users to post classified ads on their classified ads website. Admins can decide whether to charge a submission fee for this service or not. The price depends on how long the ad will be active on the website and a free trial period is also optional. Listing payments are collected online through PayPal.

Yacht Details

Each yacht classified ad has its own Details page. Website visitors can view boat images, features, descriptions, details, reservation status, and contact details of the listing owner. Boat script users can set and update the respective information from the Yachts menu.

Extras & Features Management

Users with administrator access to the boat script's back end have full control over the available Extras and Features. Only they can add, edit or delete the predefined ones.

Smart Image Gallery

Users can add and edit an unlimited number of images to each boat classified ad. Easily browse your computer to choose and upload pictures to your boat classifieds. You can resize, crop, rotate, watermark, and compress the pictures thanks to the built-in image editing software. A drag-and-drop tool is available to change image order.

Yacht Manufacturers

The boat classifieds software comes with a predefined manufacturers list. Admins can also add and remove yacht manufacturers under the Options menu. When adding a yacht, you can select a manufacturer from the drop-down menu. When visitors perform a search, our boat classifieds script will display only the manufacturers that are already present in the listings.

Multi-Currency & Measurement Units

The boat rental software supports multiple currencies. Owners can select the currency for their yacht listings from a drop-down menu on the Options page. Authorized users can also configure the default metrics for power, fuel, and length.

WYSIWYG Editor

Using the text editor that's similar to Microsoft Word, users of the Yacht Listing Script can edit and format descriptions added to each boat. The content you see onscreen during editing will appear in the exact same way on your web page – What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG).

Multi-Language Support

Our boat reservation system has a multi-language module that enables you to translate both the Admin Panel and the front end easily. All titles and system messages can be easily edited from the boat script's back end.

Responsive Layouts

Boat script admins can choose from 3 classifieds themes with different navigation structures, font styles, and color schemes. Smart Yacht Search

The built-in classified ads search engine allows website visitors to search for yachts by multiple criteria: for sale, for rent, manufacturer, yacht type, yacht model, engine type, hull type, fuel type, year range, horsepower, etc.

Different User-Access Levels

Administrators of the boat classifieds script have full access and control over its settings. They can add other users and specify their access rights. Editor-level users can access all features of the Admin Panel except for Options. Owners can access and edit their own yacht classified ads only.

User-Friendly Dashboard

After logging in to the boat script. users can see the number of yachts for sale and for rent, as well as the confirmed reservations. You will see the top-ranking yachts, the views and reservation counts, and other details.

Email & SMS Notifications

The boat script can automatically send electronic notifications to customers, owners, and admins upon a new reservation, payment, or cancellation. You can enable, disable, and edit the messages as you wish. To activate the SMS messages function you need to request an API key from us.
