Categories

The PHP Store Locator script provides an easy store finder feature for your website. Categorize stores and business locations to make it easy for your website visitors to find the stores on the map.

Filters

You can also create different filters to further narrow down the search regarding specific customer requirements such as "Parking", "Extended working time", etc. On the Admin Panel, under the Stores tab, you can mark the filters that apply to each store.

Nearby stores

Your website visitors can easily find stores in their close proximity or a specific area using the distance dropdown menu on the front end UI. Admins can change the measurement unit (miles, kilometers) to match the regional standard.

Custom map pins

The built-in Google marker feature allows back-end users to add custom pins (e.g. store logo, first letter, etc.) for each Store Category so that customers can detect them effortlessly on the map.

Store images

With this Google Maps Store Locator, you can add a custom image or logo for each store or business location. Just upload the file and it will appear in the upper left corner of the respective store profile, next to the contact details.

Auto geocoding

The simple store locator script is easy to use but has powerful features: there's a zip code locator and automatic coordinates input. On top of that, the Store Locator script lets you automatically geocode any address to geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) by using the street address or the zip code. You can find coordinates manually or use the "Get coordinates" feature in the store list to automatically find coordinates.

Geolocation lookup

The built-in geolocation lookup tool helps users find their current position so they don't need to type their address in order to get directions to the nearest store. Just click on the icon next to the address field and find your way.

Import and export stores

With our Google Maps Store Locator, you can import or export stores using a CSV file. Use the Stores menu on the Admin Panel to import and export stores by following the detailed instructions there.

Google Maps directions

With the Store Locator PHP script, your customers can get automatic Google Maps directions by entering their current address. The suggested route to the selected store or business location will appear on the map.

Send directions to email

After retrieving the directions from their current address to the selected store, users can enter their email address to receive a copy of the route by email. Then they can print out the directions or forward them to other people.

Translate the script

With the built-in translation plugin, you can translate the Store Locator PHP script to any language. The simple language module allows users to do this by using unique text IDs or a CSV file.

Time zone, date format & map zoom level

In the General options menu, users can specify their preferred time zone, date format, map zoom level, and other important settings such as default address, distance measurement unit, etc.

Two user access levels

The PHP Store Locator script supports two levels of user access to the Admin Panel: Admins, with full access to the system, and Editors that can only access Stores and Categories but not change the general settings.
