The Invoice Manager is your personal online invoicing and billing assistant. With our PHP invoice script, you can issue electronic invoices, manage recurring invoices, email invoices to clients, print invoices, create invoice templates.

Email invoices

Use the Send Invoice functionality to email invoices to your customers. Personalize your message through the WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor. The PHP invoicing system generates a unique invoice URL for each issued invoice.

Built-in client database

Keep your customers' details up to date and at hand. Our simple client database management and online billing software is an all-in-one solution. The PHP invoice script will automatically connect to the PHP MySQL database to fill in your client details for each new invoice.

Import/export the client database

Import or export your customer database. Inject client entries into our PHP invoicing system and extract the data in CSV format. Thus, you can always back up and manage customer profiles and details with our billing script.

Invoice templates

Use our PHP billing software to create Invoice, Print, Payment and Email templates with a simple WYSIWYG text editor and the available predefined tokens designed to facilitate your work as much as possible.

Recurring invoices

Our simple Invoice Manager script has a built-in duplicate invoice feature which makes it much easier for you to manage recurring invoices. Duplicating an invoice will create a new invoice with the same details but the current date.

Generate reports

The billing software generates reports based on different criteria depending on your statistical needs: period of time, client and date range, currency and date range, status and date range, payment type and date range.

Quick & advanced search

The invoice management software has built-in quick and advanced search features. The smart search will allow you to easily find invoices in your online archive or browse specific clients by different criteria.

Password protection

Our Invoice Manager is password-protected. Only authorized admins and clients with valid login details can access the invoicing system. You can control all access details from the Users and Clients menus respectively.

User access levels

There are two user access levels: Administrator and Manager. Administrators can add new users and they have full access to all settings of the PHP invoice script. Managers can only manage the client database and update invoices.

Payment gateways integration

Our online invoice system supports online and offline payments via PayPal, Authorize.net, wire transfer, credit card, or cash by default. Taxes and currency

Manage the default value for VAT and default currency from the Options menu of the invoice system Admin Panel. You can also change these values for each specific invoice separately.

Developer License

If you're a web developer, you can modify the CSS, HTML, and JavaScript code of the PHP Invoice Manager script on your own. Buy the Developer License and you'll receive access to the source code of the script and a guide to our framework. Or, we can do the custom modifications to the PHP script for you.
