Database backups

User access levels

There are two user groups with different access levels to the administration page: administrators and editors. You can have an unlimited number of users in each user group. Admin users can add your support agents as editors.

SEO-friendly URLs

Our Knowledge Base Builder script features SEO-friendly URL slugs. Simply follow the steps in the Install menu on the Admin Panel to include important keywords in your URLs – this will automatically add all question titles to their corresponding URLs.
