Strange problem: some clients seem to be able to book seats that are allready booked. Can you help out please?
I'll add picutere to it.

Ticket Booking Script

Already selected seat can not be selected again only if the the booking is with status Confirmed. If the booking is with status Pending - other clients can select the same seat.
Please, check these option in your Admin panel - Options menu - Bookings tab - "All bookings which are only made but NOT paid will be set with the following status" option. and check your booking statuses.

Property Listing Script

This script requires that you have hosting account that supports PHP and MySQL in order to install it and use this script.

Once option to have this is to host the script on our server and use the front end with iframe on your Wix website.

This script looks fantastic and I consider buying it! Before I go ahead I would appreciate if you clarify something for me. In the booking process (check out) I don't see option for existing customers to log in so they wouldn't need to enter their details every time when making booking. Also, when looking at the admin pages I don't see CUSTOMERS list. Does it mean that the software cannot manage existing customers? How can this be resolved?

Yes, there are no client accounts by default. This can be added as custom modification if you want. Do yo want clients to self register (optional) and if they are logged the booking form will automatically be filled in?
Do you want to have profile and booking history pages?

If you don't mind I have last questions before I buy your product:

1. What about if I need to receive comment from the customers before they make the booking, I mean I need they write me something in text box before they make the payment and they confirm the payment. EX. I need this or that ... etc.

2. Also what about if I need to add extras for the reservation. I mean to add some extra packages. EX. Seats for children , Water, ..etc

3. What about SMS. if I bought the services from http://stivasoft.com/ shall I will receive the SMS when the payment done or for any request. what ever successful or not ? Becouse I need to receive SMS only when the payments is successful only.

4. Last question: Shall I buy the developer license ot normal license is better in my case? Do you have plans to develop the current script and if you have specific time for the next release?

1. Client can add some notes to the reservation, but it is not possible to contact you prior to placing the booking. I guess client can use contact form on your website for this.

2. This is not supported by default, but can be added as custom change.

3. If you want you can subscribe to one of our monthly plans and we can set your script to send SMS when there is payment. Here you can read more about our SMS service.

4. It is up to you to decide which script licence you want to purchase. We can apply the above changes (#2 and #3) to either of the script licences. We have not scheduled the next version of this script yet.

Is Shuttle Booking Software has the ability to accept credit card from any bank easily or it need developments?

What about Paypal and others online payments gateways?

By default the script supports paypal and authorize.net payment methods. Both works with various credit cards. You can check on their sites whether your bank's card is accepted by default.
If you want additional payment method we can add it as well as a customization. Just let us know which one you want to use and we will give you a quote.

I have installed the shopping cart for a new client who at this stage only wants to display the product information and NO pricing. I have looked at the options and can't figure out where to disable payments totally where the products do not display any reference to currency.

have you not altered the shipping options for any other client yet? if so what did you do and what was the cost.

If not here is the best I can explain:

1. Flat rate based on percentage of sale. Meaning, for example that the shipping would charge a percentage (something like 15%) so that is the total at checkout is $10 the shipping would be $1.50 or if total at checkout is $30 the shipping would be $4.50

2. Quantity Based Shipping - if someone orders 1 the shipping charge is set at $1.50. If they order 2 the shipping cost is $3.00 and so on. and perhaps if they order more than 10 the shipping is free.

We will be able to change the script to have those shipping options. Do you want to be able to define which of the payment options will be used in the script? For example is "flat rate" is selected all shippings are calculated by this percent that you have set and if the other option is selected, then we set shipping price per item with free shipping when client orders XX items.

Is this what you need to be done? Does it mean you do not want to keep the current shipping rates and they will be replaced?

Thanks for the reply it was helpful, am in Nigeria and i will like to use Bus Reservation System in a website am working on like i mentioned before, thing is can i make change in the (1) currency like in Naira which is what we use here in Nigeria, (2) add unlimited locations for booking and price, (3) integrate the BRS platform with my bank here in Nigeria so customers can make payment online/transfer, if yes how do i go about it... Bus Reservation System

1) You can set Naira currency in the script administration panel under Settings-->Booking menu, it is available on the list - screenshot attached.
2) There are no limitations in the script for the number of the locations and prices. I am not sure what you mean by "unlimited" in this case. The buses and the routes are added in the script administration panel. You have to define them there first. We have added sample data on the demo but on a new installation you have to enter all details from scratch.
3) If you need to connect the script to a lo9cal bank, please, send us some API integration documentation in English from your bank. We will review it and provide quote for the integration.

Do you have step by step instruction on how to implement this code use iframe code or links for external page?

PHP Review Script

The script uses PHP code for front-end integration but WordPress does not allow external php code to be executed so the only way to integrate the script on a WordPress page is:
1. To create a php webpage on your server and to integrate the front-end part on it.
2. Use iframe code pointing to that php page for your WordPress webpage.

We have created simple_review.php page.

Please, check if the code is like the one from your Admin Panel and upload it in your root directory.

After that you can use Iframe code for your wordpress page integration.
