Established in 2004, YalaSports is a leading integrated total Marketing and Communications Sports business setup, serving professional athletes, sports clubs, corporate and government associations.

The Dubai-based agency YalaSports needed a booking platform for hiring sports facilities. For this purpose, we have integrated a custom-made version of our Time Slots Booking Calendar on their website:

1) Multiple calendars creation

2) Clients can book multiple slots from different calendars in one booking.

3) Corporate accounts and client management - to manage the corporate client service, we have added new system users Corporate accounts.

• Admins can create packages - each package allows a number of bookings per period of time (for example, 25 slot bookings for 3 months).
• Corporate clients can register and access their accounts. They can purchase packages and pre-pay for a certain number of reservations.
• During the booking process, corporate clients do not need to fill in their details or pay for a slot.
• Corporate clients can amend their reservations up to 72 hours before due time.

4) Admins were enabled to allow individual slots to accept multiple bookings and other slots just to be booked by one person only.

5) Advanced Email & SMS notification system to keep customers up to date with their bookings and payments. In addition, customers can specify a list of emails of other people who will take part in the game so that all of them can receive an email with booking details. Customers can also share the booking details on Facebook. The system archives all Email addresses that have been submitted. They can be exported for further marketing usage.
