You can customize the request form by enabling/disabling fields from the backend depending on the information you need to collect from your website visitors. Customers are asked to select one of the predefined reasons for call from a drop-down list. You can add and edit other reasons from the options menu and change their status (active/inactive) without deleting them.
Your Customer Support specialists will have a full callback requests’ list with all relevant details at a glance - customer name, phone number, call time and received time. The built-in export requests plug-in enables you to create a CSV or XML feed with all customer entries for a selected period. Furthermore, you can import an iCal into Google Calendar and get a clear overview on all scheduled calls. Password protect your data so only authorized users can access it.
Website visitors select their preferred callback time and time zone in the callback form. In order to prevent potential time difference mix-up, the backend system converts the call time automatically to the time zone set by the script administrator.
