[Infographic] Why Web Projects FAIL And How NOT To?

by Desi Angelova /  Useful Resources

The truth is that everyone has failed at some point in their lives and everyone is bound to fail at some point in the future. The important thing is to learn from your mistakes and to know that behind every failure hides an important lesson learned.

Being enthusiasts in the business and building a web development company from the ground up, we are no exception. We have failed plenty of times, but the good thing is we have learned from our mistakes. We don't regret making mistakes but are thankful. Otherwise, we wouldn't be what we are today.

Below is an infographic to state some important facts we have learned along the way. We hope this would help you understand the reasons why web projects fail and also would help your business decisions as well. After all, we believe that the most important lesson we have learned is that a project does not fail because of problems but because of the lack of the ability to recognize them. [see the infographic below]

most of the time development teams fail because hoping to build a website no one has. this is so real. what should be done is developers should change their approaches to the common problem. should not try to invent a totally new path unless there are plenty of time. otherwise it will lead to the final movement panic and total fail. moreover before tacking any big project development team must do feasibility study to evaluate whether they can handle the pressure.
